Town and Mountain Realty believes everyone deserves a place to call home. Their goals continue to concentrate on the homeless population and those in crisis in our Asheville and WNC community. They are attempting to reach those in immediate need and those who fall through the cracks with government funding. Town and Mountain Realty is excited to be hosting their family event at the Orange Peel on Saturday, Dec. 10th, from 5 P.M. until 9:30 P.M. Kid’s activities and games will be from 5 until 7pm, then dinner 7-8pm. Drinks, dancing & live local music from: Virginia & the Slims and Lyric 7-9:30pm.
Again, they have set a goal to match their donation of $10,000. They have chosen 5 LOCAL non-profits to work with this year to help those homeless and in crisis in our community. They include: Homeward Bound of WNC, Helpmate, Caring for Children, Eliada Homes, and Western Carolina Rescue Mission.
Along with all the other festivities there will be a “Silent Auction” featuring items from Tweetsie Railroad, Asheville Massage and Natural Therapeutics, Biscuit Head, Hard Exercise Works, Asheville Treetops Adventure Park & Asheville Zipline, Wedge Brewing Company, Metro Wines Asheville, Asheville French Broad River Outfitters, Malaprop’s Bookstore/Café and more!
