Selection as a Fellow is recognition of a lawyer as one whose professional, public and private career has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of the community, the traditions of the profession and the maintenance and advancement of the objectives of the American Bar Association. The American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges and legal scholars nominated as Fellows by their peers. The Fellows support the research of the American Bar Foundation through their annual contributions, and sponsor seminars and events of direct relevance to leaders of the legal profession.
