TECHNOLOGY COMPANY TSACHOICE CREATES NEW NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER

TSAChoice, Inc., a technology integrator based in Asheville, NC, and Greenville, SC, announces the addition of a new Network Operations Center at its company headquarters in Asheville. The new Network Operations Center is a state-of-the-art hub that allows TSAChoice to monitor and respond even more quickly to managed network service customers.

According to company president Dan Watts, “TSAChoice continues to refine and grow our managed network offerings, providing managed IT customers with continued service improvements and outstanding technical support.”
The operations center is a product of the company’s considerations for its Complete IT managed service customers but will benefit all clients. The center consists of a four-person team with 60-inch monitors providing instant views of managed networks, dispatch boards, and current locations of engineers on service calls.
