RiverLink is pleased to announce another Friday afternoon salon talk featuring Bill Jones, founder and President of Carolina Native Nursery, L.L.C. Bill will share his expertise from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the RiverLink office at 170 Lyman Street in the River Arts District.
“Fall is the best time to native plant trees and shrubs,” Jones explains. “We will review a list of native trees and shrubs that you will be able to locate regionally. We will also review some online resources regarding native landscape design, as well as plants to attract butterflies and birds. We will end with as discussion on proper planting and care techniques to help insure your plants thrive.”
