Park Ridge Health has named Christy Sneller, MBA, as its new Vice President of Physician Enterprise. In this new role, Sneller will oversee the systems more than 250 employed and affiliated physicians and providers. She will also direct protocol and strategic development for Park Ridge Health’s 34 clinical offices located across Western North Carolina.
Sneller got her start in health care as a medical assistant and moved on to practice management levels where she discovered her true passion in health care. Sneller has more than 18 years of experience in health care system management. Her areas of expertise are built on a foundation of relationship development and creative team unifying strategies focused on various outcomes including: Health Care Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction.
Sneller joined Park Ridge Health as Administrative Director of Physician Enterprise in 2014. During her time in that role, Sneller led the successful transition to a new electronic medical record system that features an enhanced patient portal. In her new role of Vice President of Physician Enterprise, she will continue to guide Park Ridge Health’s innovations to enhance the patient experience in both Primary and Specialty Care services.

Sneller moved to North Carolina with her husband and children in 2014. They quickly realized they had found a community they could call home. Sneller makes family time a priority. She also has a passion for supporting faith-based groups and organizations. Her family is active in their church.
Sneller is an advocate for adoption. And she takes an active role in supporting cancer-based charities, participating in Relay for Life and other research fundraising events.
