OM Sanctuary announces its winter series of enrichment seminars

OM Sanctuary, a holistic education retreat center, located at 87 Richmond Hill Drive, Asheville, NC 28806, is presenting the following enrichment seminars to promote health and vitality during the challenging Winter season. Learn how to truly be calm, cool, and collected going into the busy holiday season.  Find out the real reasons for stress and how to live with peace and happiness.  – Enrichment Seminar

November 15, Saturday, 2pm – 5pm, Mindful Eating, Mindful Life with Dr. Mary Ann Iyer
You already know what constitutes a good diet. You know the five main food groups. You’ve dieted. But what you don’t know or can’t get a handle on is: What causes you to eat in an unhealthy way? This class will help you break the bad habits – the addictive quality – of your eating.
