Burnsville’s Mountain Air Country Club http://mountainairnc.com/ has been described by Links magazine as “one of the most dramatic and naturally conceived courses in the country”. They are now living up to their reputation by partnering with the historic Parkway Playhouse to hold a Golf Tournament on Saturday April 29, 2017. Registration will take place at 11:00 AM followed by a 12:00 noon shotgun start.
Mountain Air Country Club is a unique course, located at 4600 feet above sea level, and boasting its own airfield, the course itself features stunning views and, over the course of play, 900 feet of elevation change.
Golfers can register as a team or as an individual (who will be put onto a team) by contacting the Mountain Air Country Club Pro Shop at 828-682-4600. The entry fee is $125 per player and includes golf, cart rental, mulligans and a “goodie bag” The proceeds from the tournament will benefit Parkway Playhouse, the 71-year-old Theatre Company located in Burnsville.
