Jamie Justus, who leads MAU’s business development efforts throughout the Western Carolina region, highlighted the importance of that goal and the community the company serves.
“Community is very important to MAU,” he said. “Our coworkers are like family to us, and we aim to have that same impact on our employees, clients, and applicants and the communities where they live.”
MAU, a faith-based family business, serves its clients by offering solutions to their staffing needs.
“MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company that provides solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology, and outsourcing to our clients, employees and applicants,” Justus said.
Justus underscored some of the core values which drive the company forward, which include providing exceptional customer service, conducting themselves with honesty and integrity at all costs, honoring the worth of each person and the relationship they develop with them and empowering the development of the people they serve.
The global company, which has been privately and family-owned since 1973, is recognized as one of the largest minority-owned staffing companies in the United States.
In 2018, MAU expanded its service capabilities with the addition of its Technology Division, 3Ci.
“3Ci is an IT Staffing and Technology consulting company that has been serving the industry since 1978,” Justus said. “3Ci specializes in project-based consulting and talent solutions with nearly four decades of experience. 3Ci provides MAU with the ability to service a broader range of clients, ranging across many different industries.”
In Western North Carolina, MAU has been growing its client base at a steady rate.
“MAU has a long-standing partnership with Kimberly Clark and we support their Berkley Mills facility in Hendersonville,” Justus said. “We felt that our services and partnership could potentially help other manufacturers in the area and we have steadily grown our client list over the past few years.”
