Becki Haines, Director of Training and Consulting at LandrumHR, recently published an article titled, “5 Reasons Why Developing Middle Management is Crucial to Success.” In the article, she highlights a Gallup study stating that a staggering 87% of employees worldwide are not engaged: meaning small and large businesses alike cannot afford to overlook supervisory training and development.
