Joseph P. McGuire named to 2013 NC Super Lawyers list

Joe McGuire has been practicing with McGuire, Wood & Bissette since 1978. His work includes litigation related to trade secrets, covenants not to compete, unfair and deceptive trade practices, property disputes, breach of contract, shareholder rights, insurance coverage, employment and business fraud. In the community, McGuire serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Diversity Education at UNC Asheville and the Board of Directors of the Leadership Asheville Forum.
