i play. store to open in Asheville

The i play. store will open in mid-September at 233 Liberty Street in downtown Asheville (off  Chestnut and Charlotte Streets). It will feature our two brands for babies from birth up to 4 years—i play.® swimwear and apparel, and green sprouts® feeding products, toys, and baby care. i play., Inc. is a local mother-daughter owned company, and this year marks their 30th anniversary.

To celebrate their new store, they are hosting a Sample Sale on Friday, September 7, 8:00 am until 3:00 pm at their Woodfin headquarters, 2000 Riverside Drive, Suite 9. Products will be discounted up to 75% off retail. 

“We’re really excited about opening it and connecting to local parents in our community,” says Kathleen McCafferty, marketing associate.  Previously, their products have been available locally in Greenlife, Earth Fare, French Broad Co-op, and Cherry Street Kids in Black Mountain.
