Illuminate the joys of the holiday season with Four Seasons Compassion for Life’s community celebrations, the 25th annual ‘Tree of Lights,’ Friday, Dec. 4, 5:30 p.m., and 3rd annual ‘Songs for the Seasons,’ Saturday, Dec. 5, immediately following the Henderson County Christmas Parade.
25th Annual ‘Tree of Lights’ Thousands of lights and hundreds of luminaries will set the plaza aglow during the 25th annual ‘Tree of Lights,’ the first held in the new location at First Citizen’s Bank. “The event celebrates the lives of those dear to us whom we have lost due to a death,” says Dot Moyer, chairman of the Four Seasons board of directors. “Remembrance of those close to our hearts lends a deeper meaning to the season.” Lights and personalized luminaries may be purchased in advance at www.treeoflights.com, or at the event at the First Citizen’s Bank plaza, 539 North Main Street. Proceeds will benefit the Angel Fund to assist Four Seasons clients in need.
Parking will be in the bank garage.
Co-presenting sponsors are the First Citizen’s Bank and Pardee Hospital.
‘Songs for the Seasons’ Follows Parade Voices will lift in the joy of song during ‘Songs for the Seasons,’ a holiday sing-along also hosted by Four Seasons. Fulfilling the Four Seasons commitment to community, the ‘Songs for the Seasons’ event extends the joy of the annual ‘Tree of Lights’ with celebration, says Moyer.
