Four Seasons illuminates the holiday season with the 23rd annual “Tree of Lights” Celebration

November 12, 2013

Illuminate the joys of the holiday seasons with Four Seasons Compassion for Life’s community celebration, the 23rd annual ‘Tree of Lights,’ Friday, Dec. 6, at 5:30 p.m.

The uplifting event will be on the Four Seasons campus at 571 South Allen Road. Serving individuals and families across western North Carolina, Four Seasons is a regional, state and national leader in hospice and palliative care which daily touches thousands of lives. Four Seasons is online at www.fourseasonscfl.org.

“Remembering, honoring and celebrating the lives of those we love or have lost lends a special sweetness to the holiday season,” says Dot Moyer, chairman of the Four Seasons Board of Directors. “We sincerely hope the community will join us for this inspiring celebration of light, hope and peace.”

Hundreds of luminaries, many scribed with the names of loved ones, will set the landscape aglow, while thousands of lights sparkle in remembrance of others. Lights, luminaries and personalized luminaries are available for advance purchase online at www.treeoflights.com, and at the event.

“Personalized options in loving memory of friends and family members may include their names, personal photos, or special quotes, scriptures, or verses,” says Callie Walston, Four Seasons philanthropy coordinator.

Refreshments will be offered attendees during the event; parking and shuttle services will be available from Blue Ridge College. To learn more or participate in the remembrance, visit www.fourseasonscfl.org.
