Looking to hire a customer and goal focused medical collections and billing representative.
You will make phone calls to existing patients with open and unpaid bills. In most situations, the patients’ insurance company has already addressed their portion and you will discuss individual payment responsibilities.
These are customer service and soft collection calls. Example conversation topics include but are not limited to:
- Lost bill
- Discussing payment plan options
- Taking partial payments
- Taking full payments
- Financial aid support
This position requires strong phone skills, previous medical insurance knowledge, and the ability to document in electronic medical records.
Preference will be given to candidates with collections experience.
This is a long term and ongoing project with no determined end date. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm.

Recruiting Assistant
Seeking a dynamic and professional candidate to join our team as a recruiting assistant. This is an essential function on our team as you will work closely with our staffing consultants to identify and screen talent for our diverse client base.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Post positions to a variety of online job boards
• Search and contact potential candidates via online job boards, networking and direct recruiting calls (calling companies directly to recruit employees)

Seeking a custodial technician to join a friendly and fast paced team.
You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and janitorial tasks such as but not limited to:

Medical Claims Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

2) Is proficient with the Group Health Plan Specifications and Operating and Administrative procedures and their application to claims settlement.
3) Processes hospital, medical and dental claims in accordance with specifications and determines benefit distributions. Consistently exceeds daily production standards and monthly accuracy requirements, to include Customer Service Referrals.
4) Verifies accuracy of all providers” billings and statements prior to settlement. Coordinates with providers in reconciling incomplete and inaccurate accounts to assure appropriate benefit payments.
5) Processes adjustments, and refund / return checks in keeping with time to service requirements as set for and published in the Group Health Program Administrative Guidelines.
6) Assist in New Hire Training by providing assistance to trainees as requested by Team Leader or Supervisor.
7) Secures required medical data on a need-to-know basis while preserving the confidence of the patient/physician relationship. Responsible for confidentiality of participating members” claims and related medical data.
8) Assesses compatibility of providers” fees and services within general guidelines, researches and if necessary, reports all fees and services of unusual nature to the Unit leader.
9) Assists participating member systems in proper claims filing procedures.
10) Able to efficiently assist the Customer Service Department due to absence of Representatives or high call volume
11) Performs other special projects or duties, as required.
The selected candidate will have the:
Understanding and basic knowledge of benefit programs in general. Understanding of GHP specifications, medical/dental terminology and required documents.
Position requires good interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure; and basic customer service and public relations skills.
Practical knowledge, skills & abilities usually acquired through vocational training and a minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience.
Schedule is Monday through Friday day time hours. $14/hr to $18/hr to start DOE.
Dental Lab Technician
No experience necessary! If you have great hand-eye coordination and are interested in learning a new trade, then this could be your new career!
In this position you will learn how to build and perfect dental implants using molds, water, powder, castings, files, brushes and other small hand tools. Most of the work is done while standing at a counter, so all applicants should be comfortable standing for a full shift. Good vision and fine motor skills are also important.

This is a full time opportunity! $11/hr and Monday through Friday day time hours. This is a VERY PHYSICAL position where the selected candidate will lift 50 lbs throughout the entire shift.

Collections Representative
We are looking for a patient account representative to join a billing and accounts receivable team for an employer in the healthcare industry.
As a patient account representative you will assist patients with billing issues and concerns, follow-up on accounts and arrange payment plans as needed. You will be managing both inbound and outbound phone calls to connect with patients who may have missed a payment, lost a bill or need reminding of a past due payment.
Responsibilities
1. Contact patients and/ or insurance agencies to process accounts that have errors or declined payments.
2. Document all follow-up activities and corrections in the patient accounting system and agency system.
3. Process mailed correspondence daily to resolve claim payments.
4. Maintain excellent customer service and refer unresolved issues.
5. Adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
6. Provide excellent customer service to include direct contact and incoming/ outbound calls.
7. Constant adherence with all corporate policies and procedures.

Preferred candidates will have previous phone customer service skills and experience working in the medical industry such as in a medical front or back office role. Candidates with previous non-medical customer service skills paired with medical office education will also be considered.
