  • City of Asheville approved its CDBG-DR Action Plan on April 8. This plan outlines how the city will use $225 million in federal disaster recovery funds to address unmet needs following Tropical Storm Helene, focusing on infrastructure, housing, economic revitalization, and public services.   • Helene Resource Center is now open at 94 Coxe Avenue. It will serve as a hub for recovery services for survivors of Hurricane Helene. Details here.
