“Sometimes people think of ‘budgets’ as restrictive and limiting,” said Celeste Collins, Executive Director of OnTrack WNC. “As a result of our class, people begin to see budgets as plans for taking care of needs, having some fun and reaching financial goals. It’s an amazing transformation as people gain skills and confidence in the dealing with their money!”
