The Van Winkle Law Firm announced today that attorney Jenny Boyer has joined the firm’s trusts and estates team as an associate. Boyer will focus her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable gift planning, and trust reformations and terminations.
Prior to joining Van Winkle, Boyer practiced in Charlotte at a large New York-based law firm in the field of commercial real estate finance and securitization. During law school, she was a member of the Elder Law Clinic at the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Boyer completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, 28th Judicial District Bar, Pisgah Legal Services Young Professionals Board and United Way Highlands Circle. She and her husband live in Asheville.
