Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist
FLSA Status: Full-time Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Reports to: General Manager of Sales and Marketing
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00/hour
Position Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation of all company messaging for public relations, advertising, website, and digital media. The role is accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
Job Duties
· Coordinate clear and consistent message that is aligned with the voice of the brand through all forms of communication focused on the overall strategies as set forth by the General Manager of Sales and Marketing.
· Create all content for internal and external communications for newsletters, website, flyers, brochures, press releases, social media, tec., working directly with leadership and staff.
· Create engaging social media content and strategies to successfully reach target market and increase interactive engagement with followers.
· Create and distribute electronic newsletters that are engaging and timely.
· Track vital statistics and report metrics on success of campaigns, electronic newsletters, social media interaction, etc.
· Develop and implement a strategic public relations program designed to increase awareness of AYC.
· Submit press releases and pitch stories to a press and editorial contact list, and maintain the contact list.
· Generate content for traditional and new media channels, communications (press releases, white papers, newsletters, etc.) designed to increase press coverage.
· Develop and maintain editorial calendar.
· Maintain contact information in various databases in a timely and systematic manner.
- Develop targeted campaigns through the use of digital keyword targeting and Google AdWords advertisements to attract engagement with target market.
- Actively coordinate with Marketing Team to ensure timely production of materials to ensure a streamlined flow of projects through the department being mindful of deadlines and turn-around times.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
· Minimum two (2) years professional experience in communications, public relations, and/or marketing.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Exceptional organization skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some other activities may be required. This would require the ability to lift up to 20lbs and bending or standing as necessary.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are expected to be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all marketing projects with responsibilities that drive growth through brand awareness, advertising, and public relations. The role is also responsible for reporting metrics and analyzing the impact of marketing outreach.
Job Duties
· Understand and support annual marketing plan, implementing marketing strategies and objectives as set forth by General Manager of Sales and Marketing.
- Monitors budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
· Conduct market research and prepare analytical and narrative reports regarding strategies to achieve objectives as set forth in annual marketing plan.
· Track vital statistics and report metrics on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
· Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Identify and provide solutions to increase customer service levels substantiated by data, surveys, and trends.
- Coordinate project workflow for the marketing team actively working directly with leadership and program administrators to ensure a streamlined flow of projects through the department being mindful of deadlines and turn-around times.
- Maintain the digital and online presence through the company’s website, social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Maintain contact information for guests, clients, corporate partners, affiliates, and members in all marketing related databases and software programs in a timely and systematic manner.
- Fulfill the coordination of all advertising, print, and production purchases.
- Maintain the integrity of the brand by adhering to the graphic standards.
· Maintain and organize all company photography and videography in a centralized location.
· Design and develop visually consistent graphically designed and media arts materials.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
· Minimum two (2) years professional experience in B2C marketing.
· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
· Advanced computer skills and experience with the following business software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop).
· Exceptional organization skills.
