Asheville Habitat for Humanity seeks development officer

Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity (AAHH) seeks a Development Officer to provide leadership and initiative to develop a strategy and the diversified portfolio required to identify, retain and close gift relationships from individuals and corporations to meet a significant annual revenue goal in AAHH’s annual giving program. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of front-line experience in individual gifts development, and the ability to collaborate well with others, listen effectively, and engage and inspire. Strong planning skills, excellent communication skills, and a high-level of computer literacy are also critical.
