Tell us about your business and the role you play in it.
We’re family-owned and operated — it’s not just business; it’s personal. We provide 24/7 emergency HVAC services so you never have to worry about your home being too cold or hot. We offer furnace repair, heater repair, AC repair, AC maintenance, commercial AC repair, commercial AC maintenance, thermostat replacement services to keep your home comfortable all year round.
What made you choose the Asheville area?
Most of us grew up around this area! It’s Home.
Who are your key partners?
We are part of a Neighborly Franchise! We are a family with Mr. Electric, Mr. Rooter, Dryer Vent Wizard, Mr. Appliance, and many more!. AireServ also partners with local schools, law enforcement agencies and animal shelters for sponsorships, and we are excited to join the Chamber of Commerce!
What has been your greatest challenge? Your greatest victory?
Our greatest victory is something not everyone got to experience: we have been very lucky to stay open during the past three years, and keep all of our employees. However the struggles we have are the same as everyone: expanding our team in order to meet the work demands of the surrounding area. We stay hopeful that this will change and shift in a positive direction for everyone around us!
What is a little known fact about your organization?
AireServ of Western North Carolina is passionate about family. As a company, we make sure that our families always come first. Not only does that make our employees feel prioritized within the company, but it also makes us our own version of a family.
What does the word “community” mean to you?
Asheville (and the surrounding areas) are a perfect example of the word “community”. People know people, there’s always something to do, newcomers visit and never want to leave, and the passion for sustainability and support for each other is unlike any other!
